The West 51 business area in Kirkkonummi, offers a one-of-a-kind opportunity. West 51 will bring together various operators, allowing new and innovative production facilities for commercial and data centres to relocate to the area. The construction of the first projects in West 51 are underway.
 
West 51 provides a unique setting by offering, through the Microsoft data centre to be built nearby, carbon-neutral district heat for the buildings in the area. Heat from data centers is supplied to the local district heating network. The distance to Fortum heat pump station is 0,7 km and the distance to the local grid substation 0,5  km.
 
West 51 is located along Länsiväylä (road 51), in the elbow of Kehä III, offering smooth access to the main highways and quick transport connections to a wide range of services. Helsinki CBD and the airport are half an hour away. Kirkkonummi is part of the Helsinki public transport area. Cyclists also appreciate the the great pedestrian and bicycle routes in the area.
